Payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. They support credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods depending on your country. Paddle also handles tax compliance and receipts.
Yes. Cancel through your Paddle account or email us at hello@helloveil.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. All your meeting data stays on your device — we can't delete it even if we wanted to.
Yes. Audio, transcripts, and original text never leave your machine. When generating AI summaries, Veil's 7-layer pipeline replaces all sensitive data with tokens like [PERSON_1] and [MONEY_1] before anything is sent. The AI only sees anonymised text. Real values are restored locally when displaying results.
One subscription covers both macOS and Windows. Install on your personal devices and use the same license.
Everything stays on your device. Recordings, transcripts, summaries — it's all local. You can export or delete it at any time. We have no remote access to your meeting data.
